Euskaldun Izarrak was originally formed in 1973 by Kathie Bachoc (Goyeneche), Gracie Goyenetche and Marianna Etcheverria.

Practices begin in April and continue until the Chino Picnic in September (Labor Day Weekend). They are held every Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
